We make a large number of
products in a wide variety of sizes and color combinations. That
means that we will often need to make what you order specially for you.
If we have what you want in
stock, we will fill your order as soon as we're able, normally within a
few days. There will sometimes be a longer delay if we're traveling
to a show. If we don't have what you want in stock, it usually takes
us between eight and twelve weeks to complete your order.
We ship by first class mail,
so we can ship to post office boxes if you wish.
To place an order, print a
copy of our order form, fill it out
completely, and then mail or fax it to us. Since
we no longer accept credit cards, payment must be by check, either with
your order or sent on receipt of our invoice with your shipment.. Because we spend a lot of time in our
workshop and travel frequently to shows, we're not
able to respond orders placed by telephone. Be sure to
include your e-mail address on your order form so that we can ask you questions
about your order or provide you with updates on our status. |
